Karen Blake-Morris

Trust Governor

During her teaching career, Karen has been a local authority advisor, Deputy Headteacher, and Primary School teachers’ training provider. She is now a Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO). Karen currently has two children at St. Botolph’s.

Martin Fielder-White

Martin is retired and previously worked for 14 years as a Bursar at Gravesend Grammar School and, prior to that, as a Management Accountant for 32 years at Thomas Water. He has been a Governor at Mayfield Grammar School for 16 years and was a past Governor at St. Botolph’s. Martin is a Finance Advisor to the Governors at Lawn School and is the Finance Officer of several local charities.

Peter Wright

Parent Governor

I live in Northfleet with my wife and two children; one is at St. Botolph’s in year five, and my eldest is now in Secondary school. As a Senior Manager in communications, fundraising, and strategy development, I work full-time with charities and not-for-profits. I also volunteer to support groups for parents of children with speech and language challenges and adults to help improve well-being. I’d welcome the opportunity to give something back to the school that has given our family so much. I would like to use my knowledge and experience professionally and as a parent to serve the school community.

Toni Stanton

Parent Governor

Toni has a varied background in teaching having worked within secondary education, a prison teacher and as a swimming teacher as well as being married to a teacher. She loves learning and is keen to develop her knowledge base and shares the training available.

She has experience in care and special needs and shares this knowledge on the governors’ board in relation to  quality, safeguarding, special educational needs and staff diversity.

Toni has two children, one who has left and one attending St Botolph’s.

Wendy Waller

Trust Governor

Wendy is currently the church warden at St. Botolph’s church. She has recently retired from teaching at primary level, with a specialist in Early Years and Religious Education.
